Shipping Terms
The delivery takes place within Switzerland

Domestic deliveries (Switzerland):
We calculate the shipping costs individually with at least CHF. 7.- per order.

Delivery times:
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Switzerland) within 6-7 days. In the event of high demand, there may be indefinite delays. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased from Veos can in most cases be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. During this period, you can try and review the product, just like in brick-and-mortar stores. The product must still be in its original condition and must not be damaged in any way. The product may only be removed from the packaging if it is not sealed. If you want to return the item, you must inform us. Send us an email for this. Please note that you must return the items to us within 14 days of notifying us of the return. After we receive your return, we will inspect the returned item and then begin processing your refund. Your money will be refunded to the payment method you used when you made your purchase, unless you have requested a different refund. We'll pay out your refund within 7 days. You must bear the return costs yourself. The costs are a maximum of 7 - 10 CHF. Items that cannot be returned The following product types cannot be returned:
Products custom made according to the customer's instructions. as well as: garments with personalized embroidery
